Shipping Policy

Every book is custom-made just for your child. After placing your order, please allow 3–5 business days for printing and quality review before your book ships.

• Standard Delivery: Free — 13–15 business days after processing
• Priority Shipping: $10 — 10–11 business days after processing
• Expedited Delivery: $20 — 7–9 business days after processing
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. International shipping times may be longer.

Once your book has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or arrange a reshipment.
